“Appalling customer service. I am a tee shirt reseller and ordered a shirt from them on the 7th may with a 'guaranteed' despatch date of 11th May. As of 15th May work hasn't started on my order, they don't have the correct shirts in stock and can't give me a date when they will be. Asked if it was possible to cancel so I could order elsewhere and told no because it's in their T&C's which surely should not stand as they are in breach of their guaranteed despatch. Absolutely no regard for their customers, take your money, fail on service and fob you off. ABSOLUTELY AVOID, I use several printing companies for my print on demand business and never been treated like this. I have had to refund my customer who the order is for and I am now out of pocket.”

“Don't bother! Not only did the tshirt arrive 8 days after ordering (when the website gave a 24 turnaround) the wrong words were printed on it!”

“The t shirt designer is a nice tool, which is well made. Placed order on Saturday morning, for next day delivery to get on Tuesday. Get messages from them saying "We're not sure if we've had payment or not!!" - so they mess up the order, and it won't get dispatched next day, but won't honour their pledge that they refund etc. Website experience is amateur. Worst thing was that they were not able to trace my payment transactions. It's a shame, because they claim to offer a good service/product, but don't have the basics in place (like taking money and sending t shirts!).”

“I ordered 2 tops from them and first of all they failed with quick delivery so I didn`t get my holiday tops before I had gone for holiday. Second of all I got tops which didn`t meet my expectations including one of the tops was totally different style snd colour. I send an e-mail to them and it has been 3 weeks now and my problem stil is not resolved. Customer service represents by bunch of ignorants who don`t listen to customer needs.”

“Delivery was fast however the quality of the print was bad. Looks like its already been washed 3/4 times. The garment colour can be seen coming through. Very unimpressed. It would also seem that the 100% satisfaction guarantee, is nothing more thab for show.”

“I ordered two hoodies and two long sleeve shirts and the printing on both of them is terrible. I'm confused because I've previously ordered a tshirt with the same images and I thought it was good. This time the printing looks faded on the hoodie, and the printing on the shirts is all pixilated. If the images I uploaded weren't of the quality required I don't understand why I wasn't notified. I paid a lot of money for this order and it does make me wonder what service I bought when the quality control seems to have gone out the window. I did get in touch to ask for a refund, full or partial, but was denied this. I was confused as the website banner at the top states 'Absolute Satisfaction Guarantee' but I was told that this comes with conditions and doesn't apply to my order. How convenient. It should not be so prominently displayed on the website if it only applies to a limited amount of orders- it's completely misleading. Customer service was unhelpful. I was offered a reprint with a discount but this is redundant considering the clothes were for an event this weekend. It's just so disappointing and wasteful because just to look at the garments is to know that they are unfit for use. What is the point of printing them, sending them, when they are this bad- only to say it's my fault so like it or lump it. It shows a real lack of integrity.”

“I cant stress enough that this company is a con and a scam and should be shut down. Its appalling that they can mput up a website, some fake reviews, and get away with stealing people's money. I ordered tea shirts --- on the promise stated online that they would deliver within 24 hours, of course as many others have stated, that promise is a lie, they actually take weeks to deliver. Their customer service person is a rude and patronising b---ch who gives you the run around sending you on journeys through chat discussions to phone calls, to emails in order to avoid giving a refund when you discover you have been conned. It took me THREE WEEKS to get a refund, and I lost 7 pounds in paypal fees on the transaction anyway. They should be shut down!!! Let everyone you know know these people are the worst scam artists on the internet.”

“I join most of the folks hear to confirm this is a scam company with appalling service. They are unethical and rude. I went online to order t-shirts. I chatted with the customer service person. on their site it says same day delivery which is why i wanted to use them. I asked the customer service person to confirm this as i was leaving the country. she dliberately waited until the order went through to tell me that they dont offer same day delivery and that in fact it would take several weeks to process and ship the order. I immediately requested a refund. She lied and said it had been processed which was not true. Then she told me to call the company to discuss. I called and found I was speaking to the same person I had been chatting with who proceeded to again give me the run around. promising to cancel the order and not doing so. I called paypal and they said the order must be cancelled by the vendor who should provide a cancellation number. They refused to give me one. Flash forward to two weeks later -- the money was withdrawn from my account. It took me about THREE HOURS using their circular automated system, to finally get the self same person on the line, who pretended not to know who I was and gave me more run around before FINALLY giving me the refund I had asked for TWO WEEKS BEFORE. These people are a scam. RUN FOR THE HILLS.”

“We went with this website as it appeared that they are the quickest to print and dispatch. It turns out that their "guarantee" is nothing but a false promise, and a failure to honour the guarantee happens all the time from the other genuine reviews I have read. Failure to "guarantee" the dispatch basically results in them giving you a £10 voucher off a future purchase. Separate to this, the print quality is substandard and faded on all the t-shirts we have received.”

“Terrible service do not use them! The customer service people are rude. They don’t have a real phone number to call so you have to wait ages for an email response. Waited weeks for an order to never arrive. They refuse to cancel orders and give refunds. I now have the headache of going through the bank to get a refund back. This company is an absolute con!”

“AVOID! Twice in a month orders have been WRONG or SERIOUSLY DELAYED in just shipping, then they blame Royal Mail (who I use daily and have zero issues with my first class items arriving next day) but I'm told I have to wait an ENTIRE WEEK after dispatch for them to replace the items they sent late! Disgusting service. Ignored my request for the automatic code given when sending small parcels with Royal Mail.”

“Don't buy from this company. They claim same day despatch but my order is 3 days late and they tell me its 650th in the print queue. Customer service is non existent - the phone doesn't get answered and the chat is robotic. Seriously let down two children who needed their t-shirts for their fundraising event.”

“This company is a con, and is trading as Street Shirt and Tshirt Foundry. I ordered two t-shirts on Monday, with the promise that they would be sent the following day. By Thursday they still were not sent, and they customer service advisor I spoke to (Katrina - with a stock photo profile) said it would definitely be sent. I asked for a refund because something felt wrong. I was told that the refund policy (which is stated in big bold letters on the website) did not apply to "bulk" orders. Apparently two tshirts is classified as a bulk order. Save yourself the hassle of having to claim money back from your card provider. Do not buy from this company.”

“POOR. AVOID. The delivery claim of next day dispatch is a complete fiction. Would report to Advertising Standards Authority but of course that's why they have the Voucher (useless) policy, to get away with this.”
