“The iPOD nano was described as A-. To me it looked in perfect condition. Not a scratch in sight. Delivery time was as promised. Only problem was collection point. It seemed to take longer for them to find the package in their storeroom than it took DPD to get it from you to the pick up point. Generally a very satisfactory experience.”

“Not only did my product (an instant camera) arrive in perfect condition and working order, to my amazement it arrived within 24 hours even though I just selected standard delivery. “The information on the website was very clear - and when it arrived everything was as it said it would be. I ordered an IPOD Touch 4th Gen - it is in mint condition and works perfectly well. The item arrived really really quickly - top marks for that - excellent packaging. the only slight confusion was that the description included a 12 month warranty and headphones - and when I placed the order, I had the option to buy the warranty and headphones. which I didn't - and the seller confirmed in email that these were included - so the checkout process needs adjusting probably. but apart from that tip top marks! well done.”

“We were very happy with the service. The item was as described. Shipping time was very quick. Unfortunately our lead and plug were left out of the box but this was forwarded onto us very quickly and efficiently too. All round good service!”
