I BOUGHT A PALLET OF TOOLS AND THEY SENT A 1/4" SOCKET SET THAT DOESN'T EVEN HAVE SOCKETS. WHEN I TRIED TO LOG ONTO MY ORDER, THE WEBSITE HAS CRASHED !!
DO NOT GIVE THESE PEOPLE YOUR MONEY !!”
“Ordered linen placemats. The came with no care instructions. I email the company and received a totally useless reply with one care instruction (one saying it can be washed. I followed up with several more emails and they refuse to reply. This is a Chinese company that has a drop shipping warehouse in City of Industry. Communication (what little there is, is in scripts using broken English.”
“If i could leave 0 stars i would! Very difficult to work with. So glad i used paypal!! After i purchased the slip cover and it didn't fit. I asked to send back and Crystal said okay. I am still waiting for my refund!!! I would not buy anything from them!”
“I ordered and paid a lot of money for what I thought was a Subrtex mattress. That wasn’t what arrived. It was a knockoff, I reached out to your customer service department and they were of no help. It’s been at least 3mths and I still can’t get the toxic smell to go away. I’m not happy with the mattress and the reminder of the cancer that I’m inhaling everytime I lay on it. Whoever purchases one of these Subrtex mattress please know they are very HOT and a cooling mat is needed. This is not the first foam mattress I have owned. Therefore, I know that I received a bad quality foam mattress. This company is Very misleading and I would stay away from anything they are selling.”
“Beware of misleading return policy. I paid for shipping & return of items out of pocket $30 for no merchandise. Slipcovers have a poor fit unable to tuck in at the wings of wingback chairs. Gives the chair a strange bubble look.”
“You are correct, I did place an order, however it never arrived. I was refunded the amount of my order, but not the 20:00 shipping and handling, which I should also be refunded for. There was no shipping and handling on a product that was never sent. And this is wrong. I was really looking forward to my purchase.”
“Bought this item thinking it would be great. at first it seemed good. After sleeping on it for over a month both my husband and I started having weird pains. He had mid back pain and I developed severe hip pain. Neither of us thought it could be the mattress until several months passed and many, many chiropractor visits. I have not asked for a refund due to the fact it has been almost 10 months since our purchase. We are now looking a buying a new mattress.”
“I ordered this mattress in Aug and it is now Dec. initially I was pleased as the mattress is comfy at first. Now, 4 months later, the mattress has completely sunk in the middle. Don't waste your money. Spend the extra and get a better quality mattress.”
“Did not like. For my back, needing stabilization, this was soft and unsupportive. Return policy sounds good- but how can you get a vacuum packed mattress back into a relatively small box? (I gave it away). Expensive experiment..”
“Can'the say I liked it. The matress was about one foot shorter than standard size and too soft. Also, returning it has turned out to be almost impossible since it came vacuum packed and wIl not refit into original box, nor do commercial shippers provide suitable boxes for this item.,”
“A little background first: My wife and I have owned this mattress for 8 months and sleep an average of 8 hours per night on it. I weigh 200 pounds and she ways 115 pounds. Prior to this mattress, I had an Ashley memory foam mattress. We are both generally side-sleepers, but have tried different positions in an effort to accommodate this mattress.Both of us have had a terrible time with this mattress. We both have been waking up with back pains nearly every morning. I think this is mostly due to the "sponginess" of the foam. It pushes back quite a bit and thus makes our bodies lie unevenly. Where most mattresses have different levels of support for the different parts of your body, this one seems to be uniform throughout. I've also noticed that it has begun form soft spots where we sleep (we have rotated the mattress twice so far).Ultimately, I regret not taking advantage of the 100 night trial. We really wanted to give this mattress a chance, but it just didn't work out in the end.”
“We have ordered king size mattress and the height of the mattress is not 10 inches. We have measured the length and it's about 7.5inches tall. Very disappointed that they would mislead costumers with their measurements! Our backboard is very tall, even with a tall baseboard the mattress still is not tall enough as we thought it would have been an actual 10 inches tall”
“I slept like a baby for the first time in YEARS the first night, last night. On a very stained mattress. Arrived in plastic, NOT a box. Plastic was ripped to pieces. I give it 5 stars for comfort. I was waking up with terrible pressure point issues, shoulders falling asleep, etc. This truly is the answer to my lower back issues too. I have no lower back pain. But, I really hate the stains!”

I read the product reviews and comments as well before purchasing. But sadly it is just not a comfortable mattress and I am returning it. I write this review as I lay here yet another night tossing and turning on what feels like a slab of concrete. If you like sleeping on concrete, then this mattress is for you.”
“This was great initially, super comfortable! Very easy to unpack and setup and I didn't notice much of an odor.However, I'm noticing now that my back HURTS so bad when I wake up in the morning now, and I know it's because of this mattress. Nothing changed with my exercise routine or lifestyle that would explain the soreness. I'm not a person that is prone to back problems either.Definitely not recommending.”
