Took delivery of a damaged shed which I put in van and took straight to their unit within hours . Ignored for over 4 weeks For refund , took 3 visits to their unit and a visit to their house , arrogant bad attitude people , it’s a good job they have refunded me for both our sakes , even though it’s short they have withheld some of the money , see photos and reply apparently this is in re sellable condition, poor poor person that receives this

absolutely shocked by the customer service!! they dont answer calls and continue to use Covid as an excuse. Its becoming quite distressing and we as customers expect a basic service. A simple email informing us you will be collecting your damaged item will do but yet im stressing thinking when you will collect the damaged shed you have sent which is just sitting here taking space, collecting dust. i want my money back!

Zero customer service! I should have paid attention to all the negative reviews. The copied and pasted response to them from the owners does not respond to the awful service received. Firstly the website is awful and the ordering system is terrible and not user friendly. Once you have ordered you have to email them to confirm you actually want to your order before they will arrange delivery. I had no issue with the delivery of my items. I ordered two growhouses. One of them was awful quality. The wood had been filled so much that one door is just filler. When I was aware of this I emailed them to inform them. I have not received any response to my emails. I did have a missed call from their number but they left no voicemail and they aren’t accepting calls back. Note to the owners you cannot just keep using coronavirus as an excuse for your terrible quality of products and poor service. Please head my advice as others and avoid this company at all costs.

I’ve given them the time that trading standards have said and still nothing . So it now looks like court action and quite frankly I hope it closes the business down as I’m not the only one that’s had bad service from them . They can’t keep blaming covid as they are doing they are NOT to be trusted . Swing broke after 6 week .

Shocking service. Furniture too big for gazebo, promise to refund advised 2 weeks ago, not received. Now asking for photos/measurements after all this time (17th June) Abysmal customer service that they blame on Covid-19 but look back at previous review dates - many prior to the current pandemic! If they can't cope with valid queries/complaints because of sheer volume stop taking orders or employ more staff.

No smoke without fire, if you get your product intact and on time you are a lucky person. The company is very quick to blame the manufacturer or delivery company, ordered a greenhouse after paying in full was emailed with a new delivery date between 5 - 7 weeks. After 7 weeks received a email with a new delivery date of upto another 10 weeks, they blamed the manufacturer, I contacted the manufacturer the told me they had informed summer garden buildings 10 days prior to my order being placed not to advertise their product, on hearing this contacted my bank and had my money returned within 30 minutes. Buyer Beware no smoke without fire.

Avoid Avoid Avoid . Liars and untrustworthy people . Customer service is appalling . Broken swing after 6 weeks and looks like no chance of refund only through court . So court it is then .

Situation resolved, very positive would definately use again and I do reccomend, John was very helpful, I wish them all the best for the future, maybe they are the 6th emergency service in this horrid Covid situation

Appalling response to a broken swing after only 6 weeks use .Phoned and phoned and fobbed off every time .So I have no choice now but take it to court .I gave them the benefit of the doubt but to no avail .So I would say Avoid at all costs .I don’t like liars this could have been easily dealt with but no so Court it will be .

Do not go near this company, read all reviews, wish we had. Sent wrong item to us, still waiting for collection and refund 4 weeks later. Phone line shut off now, Emails ignored, worst communication EVER! Avoid Avoid Avoid

I ordered a summer house and paid in full. Realised I'd got my measurements wrong I rang the company the next day and spoke to a very friendly helpful man who spent time advising me about the measurements and stating there would be a full refund and email to confirm this.. the full refund was sorted and in my bank the next day and email confirmation sent. Very impressed by the friendly service considering it was my mistake. Thankyou.

I had a very poor greenhouse delivered instructions were terrible and the product was useless wouldn't of lasted a week i told the company but had no response a family member wrote a letter witch they ignored they have bad reviews and watch dog should investigate them

Parts missing,no reply from them after I've emailed and told them. The quality is very inferior and cheap. Mine will be going to the refuse tip shortly after spending almost£200 on the lean to. Steer clear of this company. Nothing fits as it should.

Would rate as zero if the option was there. BUYER BEWARE Do not purchase this company’s metal sheds. They leak from most places, are extremely flimsy and difficult to erect and once up have to be taken down as not up to job Poor customer service regarding complaints and they don’t want to know once they have your money. Very stressful and upsetting to deal with and quite shocking. that they actually don’t give a damn. I even wrote to both directories Barry and Alan Summers and neither had the manners or professional attitude to reply. Am taking them to court as have several other customers. Bought 2 triple wheelie bin stores from them. Very poor quality. Screws broke during construction and some wood splintered but we thought we will give the product the benefit of the doubt. Did send them feedback and got totally ignored. 3 days up and a slight scottish wind managed to break off the chains, flip 3 bin lids and rip them off. A door also came off a few days later with hinge broken and wood splintered. We have called them and they refuse to refund. They are telling us it was our fault as we are incompetent at building and should have stopped the moment we thought it was bad quality. They also blame the location we live at which is seemingly high up in a valley (not sure what that's supposed to mean) and the triple wheelie bin stores are designed to go against a hedge. Hopefully you can find that information in the buying and building process somewhere, because we certainly couldn't. We are currently in process of involving Consumer Ombudsman to resolve the issue and get a full refund. Don't even want a replacement as it's total rubbish.

Shocking Customer services.Once they have taken your money no effort or decency to answer enquiries, rectify mistakes, resolve disputes and complaints. Told them that the shed would have to come thru the house, gave them a layout and paid extra to have the panels made smaller in order to avoid any issues on delivery but only the base and sides were small enough to go thru the house, the roof was not. Had to get them to make the roof panels smaller and revisit to install. They made me pay £200 extra for this when this was not my fault. They even got my design wrong. Will not use them again don't fall into the same trap, BEWARE !!!

Birdlip 6’ x 4’ delivered earlier than the scheduled date, erected efficiently by the designated installer - albeit at what seemed to me a rather large fee. The greenhouse is perfect for my needs as a nonagenarian - potting on and winter protection for se mi-tender pot plants. It is robust and the doors slide smoothly. The absence of a bar across the doorway, compared with other makes, is a boon. Only one minor glitch - when doors are locked they are quite difficult to open with the key. Overall good value for money.

Placed an order for items to be delivered to us in Inverness , their online system stated the £4.99 delivery charge , 24 hrs later I get a call to say I have to pay an extra £70 for the delivery or I can cancel the order , which I did , not impressed, they need to really update there e-commerce website before taking anyone’s money
