“I ordered online and Jodie emailed me straight away to say that they would be delayed by about 2wks. Really appreciated the communication (in fairness with this weather there was no hurry) got them but the style didn't suit me. I emailed Jodie and she advised that I can drop them instore or post them back. Wasn't sure when the shops would open, so I posted them back. Robbie the owner, called me to let me know he received the order and that the shop was indeed open (I had said in my note I wanted to get a different pair) Jodie was so helpful when I went in on bank holiday Monday. Could not recommend you guys enough!!! Will be back again”

“I received a call to advise the sunglasses would be delayed until after the bank holiday, I explained they were a birthday present but wasn't an issue if delayed a couple of days. Received a knock on the door two days later and the sunglasses had arrived in time. Really good service, will definitely buy from here again.”

“I placed an online repair order for my Oakley glasses and received an immediate quote. Unfortunately the glasses couldn't be repaired to the manufacturers standards and was recommended a replacement pair from Serengeti which arrived today and look and feel great. The price offered for the new glasses was very competitive for such good quality. Thanks to Robbie and his team for a professional service.”

“WOW!! That was a first...valued/appreciated as a customer's an understatement! Ordered online and called to the shop to exchange. The owner, feel bad but forget his name, was a gent! Made sure I tried on every style of sunglasses until I got the right one. Definitely pays to shop local. THANK YOU!”
