“I've used Sunmaster at least a couple of times now & they have been superb for me. Easy to deal with booking online, then when confirming booking over the phone, every detail was explained clearly & precisely. I would definitely recommend Sunmaster to anyone. Thank You for organising Holiday.”

“Iv booked a few holidays with sunmaster. Always very friendly. Explained what I needed to do post covid. Eg Spanish locator form. Whe I got sent my documents my transfer voucher was missing the return voucher so I emailed them and within 30 minutes I had an email back with new voucher. Very helpful company”

“Been having holidays with Sunmaster for years always excellent service and prices.Book 2 holidays this year cancelled due to coronavirus.Had no problem getting full refunds.Waiting for when it's safe again would definitely use Sunmaster 5*+😎👍”

“I couldn't have asked for better communication when it came to dealing with sunmaster. I got a refund due to the current covid circumstances and kept me up to date with all progress. Very reassuring in such a hard time. Will certainly book again with them in the future xx”

“very impressed we booked our holiday while sunmasters offices were under water with the floods , we travelled on the first flight out of birmingham after the Calima sandstorm, and landed in tenerife to find the island had been hit with the corona virus... nothing phased us or spoilt the holiday . perfect service . thank you.”

“I booked holiday to Santorini with Sunmaster 3 star hotel with swimming pool.When we arrived to the hotel we find out there was not swimming pool as it show on the web site.I call Sunmaster spoke to Anna extremely helpful and next day we were upgraded to 5 star beautiful hotel with2 swimming pools.She was very professional,great communicating skills and kept updating us through the day.We can't be more grateful, she made our holiday very enjoyable. Anna is a star of your team,Keep carry on good work.”

“I’ve just got back from a sunmaster holiday. It went so smoothly from start to finish. I couldn’t get my 1st choice hotel so the guy on the phone suggested the one I stayed in. Absolutely fantastic! Much better than the one I initially wanted to stay in. No complaints here great company and always very helpful when I rang. Using them again in September. 10/10”

“Went on AL Holiday using Sunmaster twice. Once to Egypt, once to Turkey. Both times all was great, no problems whatsoever! We’re party of four (2 adults and 3yo twins), and we really appreciate the fact that Sunmaster don’t charge for kids stay(only for the flights obviously), that really makes a difference. All in all we’ll use them again this year! Highly recommend Sunmaster to all families out there!”
