Hi Michael, I'm so glad you enjoyed your honey! I just want to make sure there's no confusion for anyone though. The sugars that you're mentioning from the Nutrition Facts table are the naturally occurring sugars that are always in all honey. You can check the ingredients list and you won't see Sugar there. Simply honey and whatever the infusion is. As a blanket statement, honey is naturally high in sugar, but as we've seen with many diabetics who monitor their blood sugar, the way it affects your blood sugar is drastically different than eating "white sugar." All honey has these same naturally occurring sugars, and more or less the same quantities of them as well. Thanks for sharing your review! :)

“It was purely chance that I discovered Sun River Honey but I'm glad I did. They made Christmas shopping a breeze and of course, I bought some for myself. The honey is excellent and I'm enjoying the different flavours. Shipping was prompt and free.”

“I was totally impressed by fast shipping. I live in Ontario and received my order two days after ordering. Each of the honey flavors from the sampler pack (that I have tasted so far) are wonderful. I expect no less from the jars I haven't opened yet! The flavors are fresh and clean, with no artificial notes. The quality and care gone into producing these exquisite honeys is very evident. Highly recommend!💛🐝🍯”

“I recently received my Sun River Honey just before Christmas. I also gifted a sampler box to my daughter. We are both loving the quality of your honey . Enjoying the mixture of tastes . The ginger turmeric is awesome in a cup of tea . I have used the chipotle to make a tangy salad dressing. Delicious 🤤. The best part is : Made in Canada ! Rose Marie”

“First of all, the shipping was awesome.i literally got it in less than 24 hours after ordering (I live in Calgary). I got the sample box and have loved the different types of honey. I'm not a huge fan of the chipotle one since I don't like spicy but it is a very interesting concept. Gives it a kick for sure. Would def recommend :)”

“Bought the mini assorted pack for my parents for Christmas and they love it!! They’re enjoying getting to try all the different flavours. I purchased a jar of the creamed honey for myself and it is delicious. Would highly recommend your honey and will purchase more in the future!! Also love that it’s a Canadian product!!”
