“Love the Honey , tired many , hard to decide which ones we ready like ! Many favourites! Then I ordered the Turmeric + Ginger for my crazy asthmatic cough I didn’t think it would help & tired many other things but this did help me surprisingly! I took a Tablespoon every night for just a few nights & my cough went away ! A Miracle ! I was also told that I had an allergy to Ginger but this only helped me ! I know I can’t have Ginger Beef in a Restaurant or anything Ginger ! The Honey is now my solution ! I had to tell my Doctor & many friends ! I have given your name ( Sun River Honey ) to many ! Hope they order their favourite flavours ! When I run low I will order more ! Thank-You !”

“Used these gels to fuel my latest 100 race. Never had any stomach issues and they taste delish. Cinnamon bun flavor was my favourite but the mixed back was all delish”

“Cinnamon honey… is the nectar of the gods! It’s good on everything, on its own, mixed into vanilla ice cream, on a banana before a run… the list goes on. I love that it doesn’t taste like som cheap attempt of adding a bunch of cinnamon flavour, it is the perfect ratio to give it a gentle cinnamon undertone!”

“I ordered the sample jars and enjoyed them so much that I decided to try the gel packs too!! I do Aquafit classes in the morning and do not like to eat a meal before I go. But I'm aware that I need to stay hydrated and have something in my stomach to avoid getting light headed in the pool, especially in the hot weather! I now enjoy half a gel pack and some water before every class!! I love all the flavours I've tried...even the Matcha!! Amazing stuff...I also enjoy a wee spoon of honey when I'm in need of something sweet!! The Lemon Ginger is my absolute favourite!!”
