“My new go to pre-run fuel!! My stomach has rejected pretty much everything else as fuel before a run, except these honey gels. They are delicious, easy to digest, the perfect amount of energy, and did I mention delicious?”

“The energy packs are great just to carry in my bag, since I have 2 jobs. From 5 am to 7 pm. This is really good to take and good for the mid afternoon. So far I have tried 3 flavours, I love the lime flavor.”

“I love these gels! I started getting ads for them after i bought a box of gu, and was intrigued. I alternate between the sun river honey gels and the gu, and the honey is far superior. It tastes way better than the gu, its easier to ingest than the gu, and i feel better with the honey than the gu. These sun country honeys are now my go to for running and I also plan to also use them for hiking this summer. I also got a jar of the regular honey and its amazing. My only regret is that i have this dang box of gu to get through - wish I'd known about the honey earlier!!!”

“Fast delivery, anti litter tab and nice flavors but a little thick to quickly down in one go when racing a bicycle. Ok as a pre race gel though.”

“It's good. i don't eat too often ( diabetic) but seems not to have had a bad reaction . Flavour is good , but not as good as the cinnamon honey butter of my youth , but a good try.”

“For anyone who likes honey you need to try the variety pack. My husband i had our favourites cinnamon and lemon ones are so good in teas, hot water or top of ice cream. I gave up taking my turmeric pills and now use the turmeric and ginger honey in hot water. Service and delivery were excellent.”

“Hello, I went to visit a friend and she had a small sample jar and was very kind to give me one to sample. The small jar was gone in know time. I find it very flavourful. So I ordered a large Jar for my husband and I. We do enjoy a teaspoon with our vitamins. And thank you for the recipes. Sun River Honey is good. Thank you”

“I have found the Canadian solution to my sports nutrition problem. I love the subtle flavours in the honey. These give me the energy I need either on a run or on the bike. 1 pack every 30 mins and I'm sorted. Best kept in an inside pocket when its a bit cooler, they flow better. Great product and does what it says it does.”

“Absolutely amazing product. We bought the verity pack for my daughter in hopes she’d swap out those energy drinks. She feels energized and loves each flavour. My personal fav is turmeric and ginger. Happy we found a healthy and delicious solution. We’ll definitely be ordering more.”
