“I purchased several of the energy gels as well as a jar of honey. Love them both! As a runner I have been using the gels on long runs and often as a starting boost of energy before I begin a run. Very tasty, but as yet don't have a favourite flavour. They all seem good!”

“Love all the honey, my favorite is the Tumeric &Ginger. I have given some of the Energy packets to my children and grandchildren who are into sports and they are enjoying them!! Also love that I am buying Canadian!! I tell everyone that your honey is Awesome!”

“Love the ginger and turmeric honey! Flavours are amazing! I got the sample pack too. Unfortunately lots of doubles in it and not all the flavours. For the price, I’d have preferred more flavours to try. But the honey is tasty!!”

“I'm just recovering from Covid and have only used the Turmeric Ginger honey in a homemade Clove tea as well as taking spoonfuls of the Turmeric Ginger honey and I'm well on the way to healing..I 110% recommend!! I don't use OTC meds ever, just natural remedies and this works!! Very satisfied customer!!”
