“I ordered a few items, payment was taken from my account, I awaited delivery, then got an email at a later date saying 'part' of my order had been cancelled, with no information as to what items had been cancelled. I had to email them to ask. The bulk of my order was not in stock/they had encountered a problem and they are now refunding me the remaining balance. Not very efficient or organised at all, and communication with the customer lacking. Would not buy from this company again.”

Hello, The order has been sent out by Royal Mail on the 7th under the tracking number RS156012912GB. It shows "in lavorazione ai Centri Postali dal 10-APR-2015" on Poste Italiane website. You can track your parcel on their website. It has been shipped from the United Kingdom. It, usually, takes 7-10 working days for delivery to Italy specially with Poste Italiane. We request that you allow a few more days for delivery. Please let us know if the order is not delivered by the 21st of April. We apologise for any inconvenience caused, and we hope this does not differ you from using Superfooduk in the future. If we can be of any further assistance please don’t hesitate to contact us. Kind Regards, Lorena

“Despite several telephone calls to your office stating that I have not received my order, no one has contacted me and the order is still outstanding. I will never purchase anything from you again”
