“After making an order with confidence and paying extra for next day delivery. I was let down, only 2 items arrived on time and the remaining 9 items arrived 2 days later. This order was for a family member overseas and dude to the incompetence of Superfood, I now have to pay money out of pocket to deliver the items overseas. Explained the situation and they were not helpful and frankly didn't care. Terrible customer service and no willingness to compensate me. Was even lied to and was told the manager will be in at 5 which is actually the time their customer service close. Rude and unprofessional company!”

“Good price for the product I bought but slow delivery - 9 days from order to delivery. The site states "Free Delivery by Standard Mail - 2nd Class Mail", but even so this seems slow dispatch/delivery and this would possibly deter future orders unless the price difference elsewhere was considerably more. No issue with the product I ordered once received.”

“Very good quality products,cheaper than others. Arrived just a couple of days after ordering. Well packaged and protected. Only downside was it had leaked a bit due to lid not being on properly. This could be avoided in the future if lids were routinely checked during packing process (on liquid products). Will definitely use this company again.”
