“Service use to be pretty good and quick. I think now that we have to give a personal financial information, can come across very invasive. Treating it like we are applying for a bank loan”

Hi Patrick, yeh sorry, new responsible lending guidelines meant we needed to obtain more info to make the loan decision. We operate under the same rules as a bank, but even with the new requirements, we are still a million times faster! Regards, Buck

“I found superloans great to deal with and very helpful when I ran into difficulties, much better than loans we have dealt with in the past. Good on you keeping things in check and safe for those like myself who fall into hard times. Bit late of me to send this but am on library computer as mine is non functioning. Regards Murray”

“Hey, always had good service from your team. Helped make situations easier when times came and was a bit short some weeks to make set payments, but with the help of the team they were accomadating and were able to adjust and work around it to help both myself and you guys to get payments. I unfortunately let things down for myself for future loans but lesson learnt in the end. But all in all good service and most appreciated.. thanks”

“Superloans Basin Reserve are Amazing! They are very friendly and helpful. They don't judge the situation you may be in having to borrow money. Superloans has got me out of some tricky situations, eg my car dying. I like that they are there to help when you need them! Thanks guys :-)”
