“Bought 6 bottles of tablets. After a few days I received notification that they had only 3 bottles available and they no longer supply this. I informed them to send the 3 but this changed to having only 2 in stock. After the long wait, the items were out of date. Staff are rude.”

It appears that this order was placed over the weekend and that Click and Collect via the online website is only processed Monday to Friday. It appears that it was made available Monday morning. We apologise if this wasn't clearly communicated at the checkout.
