“Very helpful and gave great advice. We made a couple of smaller orders that were not a problem. Samples were not an issue either. Goods as expected and whole order was delat with quickly and efficiently.”

“We have many contacts in the promotions industry, but Sussex are now a firm favourite. I usually speak to Neil or Gemma, and they are both incredibly helpful and always find another way when timescales seem impossible. Many of the projects have been turned around within a week. The latest order I had was for decanter bottle tags. Gemma advanced the delivery as much as possible, but when they landed on my desk, I was confused: there was a box full of little jewellery boxes. Did I go crazy with my Ebay ordering and pressed "Buy" button 20 times when buying those cute earrings? I breathed out in relief when I opened the first one: inside the little blue box, wrapped up in some blue tissue paper, there was the shiniest prettiest decanter tag. Perfectly made and carefully wrapped, because presentation is everything when you are trying to make an impression.”

“Sussex Promotions were great from beginning to end. We love our ribbons! Everyone was so patient and happy to answer any questions we had along the way.
