“Everything went really well until it came to delivery of our Austral 40. The courier company didn't notify us that they were holding our package until I emailed Swiftdry asking where it was. In the end it took 10 days to arrive. Not satisfactory when every other online company I've dealt with had our goods to us within 4 days.”

“Love my clothesline but arrived with wire and tensioners which were too small for the wire to go through. Rang the company and they were great sent some replacement tensioners promptly BUT they were to same size again so wrong. Had been without clothesline for a number of weeks while we had concrete poured around the poles and path so husband had to go to large store and get something that would work. Also did not seem to have enough wire for the unit we received, again the company happy to send us more - so while the clothesline is great and would gladly recommend to anyone, along with the service, it was a bit of a nuisance all the back and forth.”

“I live in a very rural area and I had an issue with the delivery. However, once I contacted SwiftDry to let them know I hadn't received my washing line, it was sorted out. I had to provide a different address and pick it up from there. I would have preferred to know this on ordering or been told before having to chase it up. But in the end it was resolved quickly and I'm very happy with the washing line.”

“Great prompt service and shipping from South to North Island. Clothesline has been great for load of washing. Excellent for me as a 5 foot half pint as fed up with stretching on usual rotary clothes line. Folds up neatly in laundry and as per specifications which was really helpful.”

“All worked just as it was supposed to. Seems to be a good solid product - should last well. Possibly would help to explain the differences between the smaller and top model - the smaller one that we bought has only just strong enough poles that flex quite a lot when the wire is tightened. The bigger model must be tougher in that regard. Happy though.”

“Great product which we're confident will last for a long time. The website was helpful though it was a very slow response from 'William' regarding our choice of clothesline and its potential position. Some additional pictures of the attachment of the line to a trellis or fence would have been even better.”

“Excellent quality, very happy with the clothesline itself, much better than what you get at the chain hardware stores. My only issue is the packaging didn't really hold up. There was a massive tear in the plastic envelope (big enough for the entire contents to come out, luckily they didn't, or were replaced if they did). Given the weight of the items, a strong box may have been a better way of packing them.”

“Hi the product arrived and am happy with the look of it all. However If (as stated in your description) the galvanised poles have been powder coated it is a very thin layer as some has chipped off and the bolts have definitely been spray painted. Regards Sarah Simmons”
