“I loved mine so I bought 3 pairs for my husband but they’re super tight for him. Mine is S in women’s and his is M in men’s and mine stretches more than his when I tried them on. I’m super disappointed because only difference was that mine were white with black logo and his were all white. How could it be so different?”

“Disappointed with recent quality control I’ve traditionally worn a different sock brand that I’ve used since college. A few years ago, I picked up a couple of pairs of Swiftwick to try them out, and those have held up well over time. Based on that experience, I decided to give Swiftwick another shot and recently purchased a 6-pack of their running socks about a month ago. Unfortunately, this order hasn’t lived up to that earlier experience. Within weeks, one pair developed a hole. I contacted Swiftwick customer support last week to request a replacement, but received no response. Today, a second pair from the same 6-pack developed a hole as well — meaning 2 out of 6 pairs have failed in about a month of normal wear. This isn’t a one-off manufacturing defect; it’s a pattern across a third of the socks in a single order, and the lack of any response from support only compounds the issue. Given this, I’m no longer looking for a replacement — I’d like a refund for the order. It’s disappointing to see this level of quality control, especially compared to the pairs I bought years ago that are still going strong. Unless this gets resolved, I won’t be purchasing from Swiftwick again.”
