“I love the socks. I have ordered them multiple times. My only complaint is about them is that they seem somewhat prone to developing holes, as I have had to seek replacement socks for this reason 4 times.”

“The socks are soft but they run very big. I ordered small's and according to the size guide they should have fit me, but no, they are too big. They are very loose on my feet and bunch up in my shoes. Not sure if I can return them.”

“I purchased 1 pair in November and they were great. I made a second purchase of 3 pair in February and they are not the same fit. Not sure why. I thought I duplicated the order number. Thanks for asking.”

“I have bought Swiftwicks for quite some time. I was disappointed with these because they did not seem to have nearly as much compression sock material as previously. That is the primary reason I am willing to pay the price for these socks. Depending on how they hold up, will dictate if I continue to purchase.”

“I ordered their Max comfort socks. The socks are very good quality socks, but disappointed with the cushion. They have easily less than half the cushion of my Darn Tough socks. If you are looking for max cushion socks, look to Darn Tough.”

“Like the designs of the vision line. How ever sizing needs to be fixed to be the same as the other lines. Also needs more room in the leg part or more elastic. Love the other lines more. I’m sure you guys will fix them. Over all you guys make my favorite socks and also have nice customer service!”

“The socks are being made out of a fabric of lesser quality. I just purchased several new pair. The no-show sock seems to slide down in my shoe. I had a brand new pair that unraveled at the toe and the seam and they are not as thick or supportive as they once were. I was job for a different brand in the future.”

“The swiftwicks of today are NOT the same as yesterday. I’ve been a loyal user of their socks for many years. I normally purchase 10-15 pairs so my time between purchases is extended. Especially after buying for some time. But this recent over of aspires have me SUPER DISAPPOINTED. Not only has the compression decreased but the sack is no longer a consistent thickness throughout. The foot ex is now thicker and the rest of the sack is thinner. After close to a decade, I will be looking for an alternative brand to replenish my swiftwicks as they age out.”

“Slow response time but was told I tried reconnecting when they were at a marathon. After connecting with a representative, service was easy and speedy. Seems like they have a new fabric for their socks; not as cotton like. And I liked the cotton feel of my older swift wicks better but maybe these will hold up better also. Time will tell. Thanks Swiftwick!”

“Love the socks but I ordered nine pair a month agp and only received 8 pair. I emailed the customer service department and still have not gotten a response. These socks are very pricey and I would really like to recieve the pair that was missing from my order.”

“Have worn the Aspire Knee high for ten years or more. But I wore the Merino Wool model and they have discontinued the Merino Wool in that sock. So I’m wearing the nylon model now. But for me they make my feet sweat and stink. I’m a nurse, on my feet 13 hours at a time, so maybe my situation is a little unusual. Loved the Merino Wool though.”

“I bought about 6 pairs of Swiftwick Aspire socks at least a decade ago as they were absolutely perfect in compression and support, for me. It is only now that they need replacing. The fabrication currently of this style has changed - they are softer, cozier, but missing the level of 'hug' from before, and there is a small tab in back even though they are still referred to as invisible (maybe so if wearing running shoes, but less versatile in this regard because the tab shows with other types of shoe). Service seems good, and I love buying directly from the company. I would give 3.5 stars if I could. Sad that a great product has changed. This is not a review of customer service.”
