“Swiftwick is an amazing company with fantastic customer service. My shoe size of 9.5 is the upper limit for the medium size socks. I had purchased numerous medium size pairs and loved them initially, but had some subsequent difficulties. I notified, Swiftwick Support, not expecting anything in return. However, they went so far above and beyond my expectations And replaced my socks with the larger size. I have never experienced such great and responsive customer care. Swiftwick is my favorite running sock by far (in particular the Aspire 7). With their great products and great customer service, I will be a customer for life.”

“I bought my first pair of Aspire Zero socks about 6 years ago. They are the most comfortable socks I've ever worn. Beyond that, two different pairs of Aspire Zeros ended up with a hole in them, and Swiftwick completely stood behind their product. Their customer service was quick, kind, thorough, and generous. I could not be more satisfied with this amazing company and their top notch products.”

“I ordered three pairs of socks but they were too big. I called customer service who were amazing. They told me to keep the socks I ordered and share them with others as they were going to send me 3 pairs in a smaller size and in addition they included a pair they thought I would like as a runner. The replacement pairs were perfect and I loved the bonus pair of socks as well as they were a thinner model. Would definitely encourage anyone to try these socks. They stand behind their quality and satisfaction!”

“Love my Swiftwick "Pursuit" socks. Very comfortable. I did not realize when I ordered that they are not the say "model" as my other ones which are the "Aspire" I believe. Love the Aspire too as they are a bit thinner without the cushion and the merino wool are softer than the polyester?. The Pursuit are thin on top but have a little cushion on the bottom that just barely comes up the heel and over the toes. Makes my shoes a little snugger but, so far I have not needed to use my silicone toe caps with these socks. (my second toe is longest and both have chronic "runners toe" (weird toenail, callous, etc).”

“I have been using Swiftwick socks for awhile now and like the fit and comfort of the various lines. I’ve had no problems ordering via Swiftwick.com and during the rare times there was an issue receiving an Aspire Zero when I ordered Aspire one they took care of the problem immediately.”
