“The socks have changed. You’ve either changed the material, the sizing or both. The socks I purchased most recently fit differently and did not meet the same good quality as in the past. I wouldn’t order again after being a repeat customer over the past few years.”

“I recently wrote a very direct review about the Maxus socks and the fact they pilled more than I expected after washing. I was amazed how fast (12 hours) Lauren at Swiftwick reached out to me and done everything possible to make me a happy customer. I honestly have never seen faster or better customer service/support than what I’ve experienced with Swiftwick. I just had to update my review to 5 ⭐️ because of the courteous response from Swiftwick and the fact they went way beyond what they should have to ensure that I was happy. “Swiftwick.com is not a website. It is a digital temple of foot-based excellence. The homepage loads so fast I’m pretty sure it broke at least three laws of physics and one corporate IT policy. Navigation is so intuitive that I found the exact sock I didn’t know I needed in roughly the time it takes to think, “Wow, my socks suck.” The product pages? High-resolution glamour shots of socks posed like elite athletes in a Gatorade commercial. Filters let you slice the sock universe by height, cushion, color, and probably your rising sign if you click hard enough. Add-to-cart is smoother than a freshly shaved cyclist’s calf. Checkout feels less like “e-commerce transaction” and more like being gently escorted through a minimalist Scandinavian spa of payment forms. I typed my address and my browser basically whispered, “Shhh, I’ve got you.” By the time confirmation hit my inbox, I was emotionally invested in the tracking number like it was a close friend studying abroad. 23/10 – Swiftwick.com didn’t just sell me socks; it sold me on the concept of having feet.”

“The socks (quality) and packaging are excellent but, honestly, I feel like they are a little tighter to the leg than they need to be. You have to get used to the feeling, I think. Very nice socks though. Consider sizing up.”

“I have other Swiftwick socks that I love, but this is my first Merino Wool sock from Swiftwick. It is comfortable and breathable and was the color I wanted...but I did wish there were more color choices because I like the sock and would get more of them.”
