“One of my Swiftwick socks developed a hole after about six wears. The company was quick to send a replacement pair without charge. Great customer service.”

“Bought socks from Swiftwick for the first time on a friend’s recommendation and I’m glad I did. Not only are the socks great, but the customer service is excellent! I’d like to call out Lauren in Customer Support for the excellent job she did. Initially, I didn’t receive my order despite the USPS indicating that it had been delivered. I contacted Swiftwick Customer support through their website and she indicated that they’d replace my order immediately. I waited an extra day to see if they would be delivered before responding. Unfortunately, they still hadn’t been delivered. Swiftwick replaced the missing order without question. Given that and the fact that their socks are great, they just got them a customer for life!”

“I ordered 3 pair of the MAXUS™ Zero Tab socks, which supposedly include a "... plush footbed...". Uhh...nope. Sorry. Just marketing hype. There was nothing extra thick or rich or even a little over the top. Just ordinary socks. Blah.”

“I was needing some new socks for running and I went to the right place. I have just used both pairs in a running week and they gave me good support through 4-mile runs. They were so comfortable I never knew they were there. They held up to the hype and kept my feet dry. Believe me I will buy another 2 pair when the need is necessary.”
