Hi Karen! So sorry to hear your order hasn't arrived yet. I've just checked on this for you and your order was shipped within 24 hours of placing the order but unfortunately, Australia Post is experiencing significant delays at this time due to Government lockdowns. We do hope you receive it soon! :)

“Swimwear Galore is great. I receive orders faster than other place. Only issue was last order was not what was shown in the picture on the website. Other than that I have never had any issues.”

“Arrived super fast which was great and the swimwear is great quality. Only problem I had was that the shampoo I had ordered leaked all over my swimwear. Easily fixed, just a bit annoying that I lost some product”

“I recently made a substantial purchase of swimwear. I was gifted 10% off, which I gratefully appreciated. However, purchasing online the sizing was incorrect. On returning the garments and repurchasing, the 10% discount was removed. I made my purchase paying more as I can’t see an alternative to buying swimwear at the moment. Needless to say very disappointed that my purchases cost 10% more.”

“It’s been good dealing with Lou when I’ve phoned from Sydney, just awaiting another delivery. Other companies charge in US dollars (a trick) & charge postage. SG hasn’t done thus & that’s why I’ll continue to deal with your company.”
