“Disappointed that the bikini top I purchased did not match the item pictured online. Different neckline, different clasp at back. Granted there is an exchange policy, however this is beside the point. The item sent should be an exact match of the pictured item, considering the item number matched, confirming the correct item was sent. It takes the trust out of online shopping if this is not the case. Based on this experience I’m not sure if I’ll shop online with Swimwear Galore again in the future.”

We're so sorry our product wasn't a match to the one online. We've looked into this for you and rectified any incorrect images of this style. However, we do offer free and easy returns and exchanges within 60 days from date of purchase, so we'd be more than happy to refund or exchange this style for you.

“The customer service was excellent. I had accidentally ordered an item in the wrong size one afternoon and emailed out of hours to request amendment. The next day I had a friendly reply email from staff saying they had fixed the order for me and supplied me with an updated statement. The order arrived in 2 days which is amazing considering we live in an outer metro suburb. This is the first place I purchase swimwear from for all the family because of the quality of the products, speed of delivery and customer service.”

“I love the style of this swimwear but I'm a bit skeptical about the cup size and fitting. But I'm very happy I got it. The swimwear is thick and of good quality. I got size AUS 10. My size is 156cm, 50 kg and 32C.”

“Excellent selection of items overall but wish there were more colourful and interesting outfits for slim girls with bigger bust. I find range is limited. Service though is fabulous, very easy to buy online and return for free. Recommend.”
