“When I first saw this product I thought it would be the perfect solution for my 96 year old mother who has difficulty in holding her tablet. Tablet2Cases customer service was exceptional. Amazon did not have the case that worked with Mom's tablet. I contacted Tablet2Cases and they identified exactly the perfect fit. With the case it has become so easy for Mom to use her tablet. The case eliminates the accidental touching of the screen because of the case's wide borders. This may be for young kids but it works great for much older kids too! Great service and awesome product. “Cheap construction, definitely not worth the price. The flimsy screen "protector" came with creases in the plastic already despite the packaging intended to prevent such damage. The design is not toddler-proof, as my 3yo can peel the two pieces apart easily.”

I notified Gabby Navarro and she immediately made arrangements for me to return the incorrect product, refunded the postage I paid for the return, and ensured I had the right case the following day. “Great experience! I needed a hard-to-find case for an older iPad model and found it on their site. They discovered the aqua one I ordered was damaged when they went to ship it. Instead of just cancelling my order, they found me different color options at their international warehouse and reached out to see if one of them would work. I picked the blue. It would have been easy for them to just cancel on me. Instead they found a solution so I would still get my case for my son's AAC device. One very happy customer here!”
