“Great customer service, sunglasses look good so far but I haven’t used them for fishing yet. If I had it to do over, I’d probably get some new frames. My old Rudy Project frames wrap around so far that I needed edge thinning for my prescription. This leads to an annoying abrupt change in refraction at the edges, which is noticeable in peripheral vision. I will have to see with more use how annoying that is on the water. Also, the transitions in my lenses occur at a different height in the field of view than in my every day glasses I guess due to the different design of the frames. Again, it may just be a matter of getting used to this with more use. Thus 4 stars not 5.”
Hi David, thank you for the review. Please note that we did fully inform and warn you about the thickness and detractors of using such a wrapped frame with your strength of power correction needed for your prescription. We actually recommended that you use a less wrapped frame, but you were insistent so we made it for you. I'm sure they'll still work great as you take the time to get used to them.
