“Silly me, I paid and received my shipping slip then forgot all about it..... A couple of months later I received an email from Yakima that they had not received my sunglasses to replace the lenses. They sent me a new slip and I got them in the mail and got them back very quick. Great company and service.”

Within less than 20 minutes, I received both an email and a phone call to help me get the measurements I needed. WOW!!! Without a doubt, these are the finest lenses I have ever had on a pair of eyeglasses – regular or sunglasses. The clarity is superb, bar none. After receiving my sunglasses back, I had the opportunity to wear them after a winter snowstorm. “This was the best third time I used Tajima for replacement lenses for sunglasses. Each time I received by repaired glasses promptly and with lenses of high quality. The price was well worth the two week wait as opposed to trashing a $200

These frames have been the best fitting sunglasses frames in my life and I wanted new lenses to continue enjoying these. I sent my frames into Tajima and they replaced the lenses, installing them into my frames and sent them back to me. They communicated to me when they received my frames from me, when they finished the installation, when they sent them and when I should expect to receive them. “I just received these glasses back and I am very happy with the way this entire deal worked out. The lenses are just what I ordered, they are installed properly and I think the turn around time was less than two weeks! These are an older pair of Maui Jim sunglasses. The peoploe at Maui Jim told me they dont make that lens any more so basically tough luck, buy a new pair...... Tajima however, had the lens, did a beautiful job, at a reasonable price. I would highly recommend Tajima!”
