“Do not go with them , they have the worst customer service. I have an agreement with them , however, I have offered them full payment to the end of the agreement but they will only accept the payment in monthly payments , as that is their policy. How bizarre , a company does not want any payment up front. When do you call them to cancel , a particular member of their will get aggressive , because you want to leave them. So many better companies then Take payments and at much cheaper rates.”

Sales people are lying and deceiving from the start and card machines does not work as it should.
We have multiple and we can share a truthful feedback.
Constantly freezes and misses transactions along with many other faults resulted in income loss for us.
When you complain they pull out the clauses on how they trapped you on a contract.
Terrible service.
I wish I never chose to go with Take Payments and stayed with izettle who are the best.

BEWARE AND Avoid like anything. Wrote to cancel my contract as per terms and conditions May 2020. Have liaised with Take payments as they are now called via phone calls and emails. After 1 - 2 replies they stop responding and now want to instigate a debt collection agency for unpaid direct debits despite them acknowledging receipt of cancellation. Just do not touch!”
