“Item supplied was not as per photo which was why I particularly chose you as a supplier. This involved me in having to fully rewrite the supply from the control box as the existing wiring was now too short. Consider it lucky that I was desperate for the pump otherwise it would have been returned for a credit. Certainly wouldn’t recommend you on this basis of performance. I also had to chase you for an update on delivery date as I had heard nothing from you, only to be told “ oh yes we’ve moved warehouse and everything is now behind and late. A simple paste and copy to everyone affected would have been helpful as an informative update. Or am I expecting too much? Mike Carroll.”

“I would like to review but have have still not received my goods. Ordered a week ago and paid £4-17 for delivery of 2 No tap valves is not very impressive. Can get goods next day from some sources.”
