“Full disclosure, I’ve only had the card for the past 3 weeks so can’t fully comment on long term use just yet. Will try to remember to revisit this review in a 6 months time, to update. The card works by tapping it onto a phone which can take some getting used to. My first interaction with the card I accidentally handed the card to the person and had to awkwardly ask for it back! The performance of the card is very good. The profile loads fast and allows you to share a plethora of details. I only use my card to share traditional details as well as my LinkedIn. But I saw that you can add custom buttons that link to pretty much anything. I can see myself using this for when I go to trade shows so that I can direct people to specific content. I like the data that is presented on the account dashboard that shows you how many people have saved your details. Not exactly needed, but is a nice touch. I can foresee certain situations where this may not be suitable; the good ole pub business card raffle jar. But for networking with people this definitely is a great tool. So far I’m impressed. The card does what it’s supposed to do and does it well. There’s some getting used to it, but that’s the case with all new things. I will try to revisit this review in 6 months time to update on the longevity of the card.”

“I have nothing but good things to say about my experience with Tapzo. The card is brilliant and the customer service is outstanding. I needed a card urgently for a conference, Tapzo were able to rush the order and ship with special delivery so that I would recieve my card just in time. Setting up the card took 5 minutes. The card itself was smooth sailing to use at the conference and allowed me to share my catalogue at the same time as my details which was great not having to carry heavy material with me. This is just another succesful step for me eliminating all single use products from my business.”

“I have officially found our new supplier for NFC cards! We’ve used NFC business cards for a year now, usually I get our cards from a range of suppliers so that I can test out the differences (mainly V1CE), but felt I was being charged an arm and a leg for mediocre service. The quote I got from Tapzo was about 40% cheaper! I was a bit sceptical as the price was so much cheaper but to my surprise, cards work fantastic and are actually faster than the old more expensive cards. Also they’re UK based which is important to me as it makes getting in contact easier.”

“Had a previous nfc business card from mobillo but kept having issues. Saw an advert for Tapzo so was curious to give it a try as nfc business cards very much appeal to me. The Tapzo account interface is a bit basic but to my surprise the card seems to work a lot better than Mobillo. Tapzo has less features (not that I used all the features offered by mobillo) but far better performance. A tradeoff I’m happy to make.”

“Using my Tapzo card to easily share direct links for sales. I work for a major full fibre broadband company and most my days are spent door knocking. This card has been excellent for being able to tap onto people’s phones and share direct links to the broadband packages I'm selling. Since switching from using paper flyers to handout to using this Tapzo card, I’ve experienced a serious boost in sales. I also no longer have to carry hundreds of flyers which has been a godsend!”

“The card is perfect. Looks very sleek and exactly how I expected it to look. I love that I no longer have to have a bulge in my pocket….pause. My only beef with the whole process is that delivery took long. I was warned about this as it was being sent from the UK and I was offered express 2 day international shipping but that cost too much. I opted for standard international delivery which now in hindsight was a mistake. Took 2 weeks to arrive, which isn’t really Tapzo’s fault, but it felt very long.”

“Leaving a review as I’ve been asked if I could leave one. Not much to say, it’s a NFC business card. It shares my details, delivery was fast. There are features which I haven’t used yet / don’t plan on using so can’t comment on everything. Setting up my details and sharing details was simple took me 5 mins.”

“Having used traditional business cards for 30+ years, I was a bit sceptical to switch. There’s a bit of an adjustment to remember how to use the card, but once you get used to not handing out cards but rather tapping phones with your card, it’s an excellent solution for networking. I especially like that because your details are shared digitally; I’m able to share many more details than I could ever share with my printed paper cards.”

“I don’t normally leave reviews, and to be honest it’s not the product that is why I’m leaving a review; albeit the card works well and is what I expected, so have no complaints there. No, the real reason I’ve decided to take a few minutes out of my schedule to leave a review is that the customer service offered by Tapzo is outstanding. I had a complicated multi part order that required a few sales calls as well as back and forths via email. The sales person I spoke with on the phone was polite, professional and clearly knew what they were talking about. Since then I’ve sent several support emails asking for assistance setting up the 200+ accounts we have with Tapzo. Each query I had was resolved swiftly. Yes the card is great, yes it shares my details, but I’m not that excited by that because…well it’s a business card…it should do that. It would be a bit awkward if it didn’t. You don’t get kudos for doing what’s expected. Over the past couple years since covid, I’ve noticed a real fall in quality of proffesional individuals, there’s always an excuse or a reason for stuff going poorly. Luckily there are still companies that exist that remind me of better days for customer relations and service. Tapzo is very much one of these hidden gem companies.”
