Deivid helped me place an order for 15 cards for a small group of our team as a trial before rolling it out to the whole company. He was patient and polite, answered all my questions, and went back and forth perfecting the design file before finally going to print. The whole process was very smooth and reassured me that Tapzo is the correct fit for us. The team are very happy with the cards. We will be placing our full order in the next couple of weeks.

I'm a Tech Youtuber so I own several different NFC cards from various companies. Is Tapzo the best one? Tough to decide. Is Tapzo worth buying? Absolutely. Now let me start by saying that Tapzo doesn’t offer all the bells and whistles that some others may, but we’re talking about business cards here. I think a lot of the other companies have slightly lost sight of what’s important and required from a business card. So what does Tapzo offer that still makes them a strong contender? Simply put; they do what you want and it’s done well. Tapzo is easier to use, cheaper than others for what they offer and more importantly runs faster than others. The system that you log into and update your details on, Tapzo seem to have taken a very primitive approach to this. At first, it may seem a bit bare-bones, and underwhelming but here lies the beauty. A system that can be used by anyone. The price is somewhere in the middle amongst all the players in this field and there are a few of them! But when you consider that cheaper options lack certain features that Tapzo offers, so if you compare like for like, Tapzo is one of the cheapest out there. The performance of the card. Arguably the most important factor of the card. So what a lot of people aren’t aware of is that you have to have some form of network connectivity to use any of these cards, either phone reception or wifi. This is because the card will open a webpage on your phone when tapped and that webpage is your profile with all your details. This is just how the tech works. You don’t need much of a connection, in fact, the cards still work with near to no reception. But the problem lies in how long it takes the profiles to load when in bad reception areas. Tapzo’s simple approach to how everything works has resulted in a streamlined profile that loads considerably faster than every other card I’ve tested. You see those bells and whistles that some offer (after a paid upgrade or not-another-frikin-subscription-argh) are nice, but are they necessary? Yes, it’s cool to track the exact geo-location of where I tapped my card, but surely I remember where I was when I tapped my card? Like how is that data helping me? At the end of the day, if you want a card that works well and is priced well, Tapzo is a solid strong contender that you won’t be disappointed with.

This is my 3rd time purchasing from Tapzo. Each time the process and customer service offered by Tapzo and Deivid in particular; have been second to none. We have slowly transitioned our 180+ staff to Tapzo and are very happy with the switch, (especially our accounts department as it's saving us a small fortune). I especially like that if an employee leaves our company, we can use their card for a new employee. Tapzo has been an excellent tool for us, one that I would highly recommend to any business looking to save a pretty penny on operating costs.

Excellent for getting more reviews for my business. Very effective, all you do is tap the card onto a customer's phone and they have the Google review page right there.

Discovered Tapzo on LinkedIn, and read good things so decided to give it a go myself. So far so good. Haven't had a chance to use the card at any events yet, but have tried it out on a few friends. Works well and they all were very impressed and will soon be ordering cards themselves. Hoping to take advantage of the referral scheme so I can get 10% of their orders.

I deal with Deivid every other week, he is always prompt with his responses, professional and always does what he says he's going to do! Thank you Deivid, I look forward to continuing to work with you and Tapzo.

I’ve been sharing my details digitally for a few years now. I usually show a QR code on my phone that leads to my LinkedIn or to my Linktree profile which is similar in some ways to the Tapzo profile. However, I started to notice people tended to lose interest in our conversations when I went into my phone to find the QR code, especially in group settings. Because my head was down in my phone, people took that as a sign to disconnect from the conversation and begin new ones. It never really bothered me too much as ultimately they still got my details when I found the QR code and made them scan it. But I recently had a great conversation with a close friend that made me realise how important it is to have a strong brand image. At networking events, you are your brand image. The way you portray and compose yourself are direct reflection of your brand. A random QR code on a phone doesn’t exactly scream professional. Especially when I have to be face down on my phone to get the QR code out. Enter Tapzo. I now have a sleek branded business card that I can whip out. Now I’m representing my company with the design of the card rather than just a random QR code on my phone and more importantly I don’t have to break eye contact / not have my head down in my phone when networking, all whilst still digitally sharing my details and being sustainable. I am extremely glad that I have found this solution. I will be recommending Tapzo to my network.

Tapzo has been a game-changer for my businesses, leading to a 1200% increase in Google reviews and a noticeable boost in revenue. Although it's early days, just a month in, I estimate the overall revenue increase across my various cafes and restaurants to be around 40%. To encourage more Google reviews, we've implemented a simple yet effective strategy using Tapzo. Each of my staff members wears a card with a lanyard around their necks. After serving a customer, they politely ask for a review and tap the card onto the customer's phone. This action instantly loads the Google review page, making it super easy for customers to click the stars and leave their feedback. Previously, we observed that people would express satisfaction in person and agree to leave a review but often forgot once they left. With the Tapzo card, customers have the review page on their phones before they even depart. Many customers end up leaving a review right in front of our staff, as the process is so quick – just a simple click on the star rating. This innovative approach has proven to be a blessing for my businesses, especially in a time when foot traffic on high streets is decreasing. Having a substantial number of reviews is crucial for attracting customers who often rely on Google searches before choosing a place to visit. Tapzo has become the primary driver of our reviews, and we're excited to continue using this fantastic tool.

I’ve been looking into getting an NFC business card for a few months now. I was between Tapzo and V1CE and I’m glad to say that I couldn’t be happier with taking the plunge and choosing Tapzo. Tapzo being a British company played a small part in my choice but ultimately every time I had a question; Tapzo would respond the same day, usually within the hour… whereas V1CE took 3 days on average to get back to me with 2 emails being completely ignored. Customer service plays a big role in how and who I purchase with. Of course, I plan on never needing customer service again, but if I do… I’m confident Tapzo will be able to help swiftly.

What an upgrade! I wish I had known about it earlier. I've been using a DIY NFC card for a few months, but Tapzo could have saved me a lot of time and money from the beginning. My DIY card is just a plain white one that cost me £5 initially from Amazon and an extra £39 each year for domain and hosting renewals. On the other hand, Tapzo only costs me £30, and there are no yearly fees. It's pretty easy to see that the DIY card doesn't really save money in the long run. Plus, with Tapzo, you can have your own cool design on the card, way better than a plain white card. If you're thinking about 'saving' money with a DIY card, seriously reconsider and check out Tapzo. Yes, it costs a bit more upfront, but you'll save a ton of time and money in the end.

Shoutout to Tapzo’s graphic designer. I didn’t have a logo but still wanted a custom design. Tapzo created a design using my initials that then was engraved onto the black wood card. The card came very clean, there’s something super elegant about how the black wood card feels and looks.
