“ We have been badly exploited by their customer service representative who has taken advantage of a "no refund policy on their advanced bookings" to take £281 from my bank account, for a booking made but cancelled within 15 minutes of booking due to a misunderstanding from reading their website as to what type of vehicle was being supplied Taxicode Agent said "you will lose your money as we have a no refund policy" I responded we had only just made the booking 15 minutes earlier so why would we need to pay £281 as a penalty for not understanding their website. ”

“ I wanted to amend my booking about an hour after it was made, they said it was non refundable and i had to cancel, it then took two hours to change it using the number provided and ended up costing me £180 instead of £130, which would be the same as quoted through the website. Terrible customer service, will never use again and will actively discourage others. ”

“ If I could give 0 stars, I would. Terrible service; mainly the ridiculous cancellation policy which is like nothing I've ever encoutered before with other companies. No one returned my call so I could never speak to anyone in order to try and amend the booking, which I then cancelled, only to lose 90% of the fee. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! ”
