“I made the mistake of thinking that Tech21's au site had an Australian supplier.. My error.
Initially, the item I wanted was out of stock and they were unable to provide a date it would be back. Given the S20 ultra is just out.. you'd think they would have prepared for that!
Anyways.. I ordered one to do for now.. then found it would be 7 to 10 working days.. as I said my mistake because it was coming from the states.
Then they didn't even bother with the order for 4 days.. when they sent me a blank email that was supposed to confirm tracking.. well. there was not tracking because they hadn't sent it.and told me 14 working days when they finally did! . so I requested cancelation . so they messed around a bit more, ignored me and it still hasn't left the country.

“While Tech21 products are superior in quality, the customer service provided when ordering from the company directly is, well, crappy. I was charged for merchandise that did not ship. When I emailed the Tech21 helpdesk, I received an email from someone who is either incompetent, or unequipped to handle a customer service issue and refund. I still have not received a refund, for the merchandise that Tech21 informed me, did not ship. I will likely have to go through the hassle of disputing this charge with my bank. I do not recommend ordering from this company directly.”
