“Delivery was quick and contents as advertised. However when using on an iPhone 5 you need to use the socket on the phone to enable the air charge to work. This renders the whole practice pointless. You may as well plug a normal charge cable into the phone rather than plugging in the air charge unit into a socket and the white credit card thing into the phone socket.”

“Very easy to order and pleased with the product. The only gripe I have is that I ordered on a Saturday and paid for next working day delivery. The parcel arrived on the following Tuesday if this is the norm for weekend orders I think it should be made clear.”

“Despite a problem with their phone system a message requesting cancellation was able to be taken, their online message system identified problem and although refunded the item (no longer needed) did not have to be posted back. A really caring business is a rare thing.”

“I bought ear plugs a few days later I received an email confirming I was to receive this item 3-5 days later on the 6 th day I emailed asking how I can track the item and when I could expect to receive this I had a reply “thank you for your email” I then contacted them by phone a few times only to go to voicemail and no one got back to me... I then asked PayPal to get me a refund getting a message a few days later stating I was to receive a refund which I have received thank you Not receiving the item I can understand human error does happen but not to have had a reply to my email request phone messages but simply you are getting a refund without an apology is very rude and extremely unprofessional”
