“My order was a Samsung charger within three days it stopped working and won't charge anymore it has the Samsung logo on the plug so I expected it to be good quality”

“As for now, it's bad. Ordered 1 week ago, no updates at all for 9 days now, support is slow too. Hopefully this will change with the quality lf the headphones, if they arrive of course. Will update this.”

“I ordered what was shown on the website but received a substitute that I could have got for 1/3 price elsewhere. The delivery took longer than promised. Tried emailing them before I wrote this but my security protection said it was an unsafe address and blocked it”

“Ordered an Apple Magic Keyboard 2 but the one I received wasn't new. Keyboard wasn't sealed, cable had been unwrapped before etc. Not impressed. Return process okay. Had today for postage and was told hatI will receive refund for postage too, which I am still waiting on.”

“Phone battery delivered was not the NFC Samsung type ordered. Doohickey did send the correct type but unfortunately both batteries supplied lost charge far quicker than the original problem unit. They did offer a refund if I returned the batteries but that is when I found out it is illegal to send lithium batteries in the post so it looks like a dodgy deal all round. Not worth the risk of dealing with Doohickey if goods are suspect. Try a phone shop outlet.”

“The item was described as Official Samsung Galaxy Fast Wireless Charging Pad - Black. When it arrived there was no branding on the item, like in their website picture, and it was quite clearly a cheap fake. This is totally illegal and mis-selling. Apart from that everything was fine. Would I buy from them again? No, can't be trusted.”

“Ordered Motorola Turbo charger for new G8 phone. Charger takes 90 minutes to 2 hours to fully charge phone. Certainly not 18 minutes as advertised. When order arrived it came with incorrect lead for phone. Unable to contact Doohickey-hut by phone. Sent in email explaining problem. Received reply stating incorrect lead had to be sent back, preferably by tracked mail before the correct lead would be sent out. This would have probably cost more than the lead. Therefore I purchased the correct lead locally. Very disappointed with response from company. Would not recommend or deal with company again due to after sales service”

“I paid an extra £0.99p for the 1-3 days delivery, but still took 5 days to delivery. Attempted to telephone the company to no avail, left a voicemail, but no call back. Would not advise using this company, even if slightly pricier elsewhere.”

“Item was very good. I ordered item on 3rd December. Item was not shipped for 3 days on 6th December. You say same day dispatch yet you took 3 days. No emails were sent to me about tracking. I paid extra for first class mail but it syill took 3 days to reach me. 6 days all told. disappointed with service.”
