“Got the tempered glass screen protector for my Sony xz3 and all I can say is don't bother! It doesn't stick properly to the screen and just slides off your phone.!! I thought maybe it was just a one off dodgy screen protector so I tried the second one. Nope! Same again! It's not even glass, it's plastic!!! How they get away with selling the product is beyond me! Save your money folks!!!”

“I purchased some LG earphones, which were clearly fake (I have some genuine ones to compare). The company refunded me, which was nice of them, however it still wasted my time and attempted to pass off a fake product as '100% genuine'.”

“Nobody ever answered or returned my calls! Item did not arrive in timescale. Eventually after several emails another item was sent with quick delivery but no tracking number provided. Could have been much slicker process to sort. Took over a week of emails and phone calls!”

“Overall I’m unimpressed. I purchased an Apple iPhone 7+ Silicone case, which I’d been redirected to by Google shopping. On the face of it, I thought I was buying a new phone case, with an excellent discount (46% as indicated on the page). The product page didn’t indicate at any point that I was in fact buying a pre-owned case (https://www.doohickey-hut.com/products/official-apple-iphone-7-plus-iphone-8-plus-silicone-back-case-cover-midnight-blue) & the pictures on the page were stock images from apple, and did not represent the item received - images attached. Perhaps the fact that I had not purchased anything from Doohickey-Hut previously was my error. I’m happy to put this one down to ignorance on my behalf, but do feel a little spoofed by the fact that I never actually saw an accurate depiction of what I was buying. On the positive side delivery was great.”

“I received my screen protector in good time and Customer Service was responsive to my queries immediately. I needed a replacement one as original was damaged upon receipt. This was sent very quickly. However the actual product was not fit for purpose. The protector doesn't allow the touch screen to function easily. I have to jab at phone now to get any response from it. Will be looking to get a different one now. Product is poor but Customer Service is good.”

“Purchase and speed of delivery was good Returned a faulty item and had no confirmation was there or how long they intended to take dealing with. I made contact via email and phone never picked up and was told hopefull 9 days someone needs to find and was out the there hands to deal with “sorry” couple of direct emails later next day money arrived in my account. Not to blame for faulty items this happens but more confidence in returns and after sale care would go along way - wont use again.”

“Hi there The charger l purchase from you Samsung S8 doesn't fet properly on the phone, it's not like the original Samsung S8 change. You have to pushed quite hard to go in, and the same way when you take it out. It's still charging, but l hope it doesn' damages my photo.”

“Arrived quickly and well packaged. However, I have discovered that the battery drops out very quickly when it gets down to half charge. Probably not genuine Samsung.”

“I paid £8 for next day working day. That was true but they didn’t say it was going to deliver two days later. I was worried because I spent £28 on a scam. They did not contact me at all. I emailed them but no response. At least I got the item”

“Was 2nd hand and not the official S7 headset as it written on website. Buttons was dirty as it someone used it before me. The wire is making noises as it scratches the wall beneath the right ear, as the wire scratches the wall where is connected. The plug has some issues, I need to clean it everyday, otherwise will affect the sound. Sound is not bad but it's not like the official S7 one.”

“My earphones have stopped working and if I don't get a refund or exchange I will be taking this further as I think it is disgusting as how such a reputable brand product (beats) can simply stop working after hardly any use at all. MYHEADPHONES LOOK BRAND NEW”
