“Came ripped on the chair head no suspension on mast so flops to ground would like replacement cylinder lifter with more power so works correctly”

“The chair was received fairly quickly and easy to assemble. The metal was a little rusty and on contacting Doohickey-Hut, they offered advice on how to clean and gave a partial refund. It's not perfect but my son loves it for his gaming.”

“The item was as described but the delivery was poor as it took 13 days to arrive. I would suggest they email the date and means sent when despatched”

“Despite confirmation within hours that my package had been posted, and paying the express delivery charge - it took a week to arrive, after much "Grrrr!" from me. I'm happy with the keyboard and I was refunded the express charge.”

“Generally happy with the ear pods, not sure if they are genuine Apple as I tried listening to the same song on my old and new pairs and noticed a difference. It seems to me that the ear pods don’t reach the levels of treble the originals did, which is a little disappointing.”

“Delivery arrived on time and apeared in good condition. The sound is good and the ear pieces are so comfortable in my ears, but the remote controler does not work very well unfortunatly. There seems to be some overlap between the button for hanging up and lowering the volume.”

“My son's gaming chair was marked as dispatched and I received an email to say so.......yet it hadn't. I'm glad I chased the matter up with them otherwise who knows when it would of arrived. Also there was NO tracking info on when it would or could arrive. We were very lucky someone was in when it did. And then it was left at our door without a signature anyway. This communication and delivery in general seriously need looking into. Other than that my son is enjoying his chair and as long as the above links are ironed out then I would shop again.”

“Unfortunately my item never arrived but the vendor replied to my email inquiry regarding this issue almost immediately and i was refunded right away so i can't complain about the communication and quick response from Doohickey Hut. Will i use them again ? Yes i will, because of their quick remedial action if things go wrong.”
