“Did not dispatch product for 1 week, despite advertising next day despatch. No contact made it reason given as to why. Sent them a complaint about the service and never recieved a response. Would not use again. Plenty of other websites offering similar products at similar prices but with much better customer service.”

“Ordered a computer chair for £89 and also paid £9 for “guaranteed next day delivery” which took over a week to come. After countless emails and leaving multiple voicemails on the obviously pointless phone line (which never gets through to anyone) They refunded the delivery and 10% of my order. When they order came it was missing some screws so I had to order some off eBay. This was refunded but still delayed my use of the product even longer. For a company that claims to pride themselves on good customer service it is far from. Would not order from this company again. The 24/48 hour response for emails is a joke when there isn’t an active phone line to use It took nearly a week to get my tracking number, after I checked the number it showed that they did not even dispatch my product until about 5/6 days after ordering it. AVOID”
