“I ordered the wrong item and although I wasn't able to cancel in time I was able to return for a full refund. Great customer service considering I was the one who messed up the order.”

“People, I don’t believe but that is true. If Doohickey-Hut said that original staff, that mean that is original! I bought iPhone SE original case just for 10£ which is cost 39£! Thanks Doohickey!”

“I had never heard of Doohickey-Hut before and came across it when I was looking for earphones for my son, they had exactly what I was looking for, so I ordered them at a great price, they were delivered within days and we’ll packed also a great price. I will definitely buy from them again and I have also told my friends and family, great communication and service.”

“There was a little problem with my order and these guys sorted it so quickly I was very impressed. It's not the thing going wrong, it's how you fix the inevitable issues that are bound to happen on occasion. And for that reason i wouldn't hesitate in recommending these guys.”

“I paid for next day delivery, having placed the order on a Saturday I didn't expect to get it on the Sunday, but I was annoyed that it wasn't dispatched until the Wednesday! I tried to contact Doohickey Hut but although they claim to respond within 24 hours have yet to hear from them. When the battery arrived (on the Friday, so 2 days after it was dispatched) it was the wrong one, once again I tried to contact Doohickey Hut and once again I have heard nothing. So if you do use them, don't bother with next day delivery as it's a con, and make sure you order the right thing as you will never get any customer service.”

“I stupidly duplicated my Order which was delivered as promised on time. I emailed Customer Services explaining my error. They instructed me to return the unwanted items for a refund. Within 10 Days the Refund was back in my Account. Well Done. John, Belfast”
