“The service is so poor, I would rate it under 1 star. I ordered an apple magic keyboard, whilst an original apple keyboard arrived, it was in fact a Norwegian keyboard, with unwanted keys and missing crucial keys on a British keyboard. Do not order this unless you are prepared to go without the keys you are used to on a British keyboard, like colons, semicolons, £ signs etc. As yet I have no acknowledgement that the keyboard has returned and no refund. I have no faith in the integrity of the Business.”
