“Purchase and speed of delivery was good Returned a faulty item and had no confirmation was there or how long they intended to take dealing with. I made contact via email and phone never picked up and was told hopefull 9 days someone needs to find and was out the there hands to deal with “sorry” couple of direct emails later next day money arrived in my account. Not to blame for faulty items this happens but more confidence in returns and after sale care would go along way - wont use again.”
