“Absolutely appalling customer service. I received the product but it was damaged, scratched all over and looked pre-owned, which was not stated anywhere on the website or description that it would be a pre-owned product. Then upon emailing DooHickey-Hut i received nothing but an automated email, and then once they had responded it was a half hearted ' just send it back ' email. All in all, i feel my concerns and complaints were not adhered to at all and the product that was sent out to me was damaged, not good customer service at all.”

“100% legit... Looking everywhere for Samsung S7 edge headphones and when i read review's on other sites nothing but disappointment. These sound exactly as my original ones do. I'd recommend them. Delivery also quick.”
