“Cheaper than I could find elsewhere and has identical markings to the original Samsung cable. Quality also the same, I bought it solely for using Android Auto in my car, delivery was quick, would buy from them again.”

“Ordered an item at 1am and cancelled it via email just a few hours later before they would have opened for business. Regardless they went ahead and sent me the cancelled item meaning I had to pay return postage costs myself. They then did not refund me for the item, ignored all subsequent emails and I have had to take it up as a dispute with PayPal. Extremely poor customer service and clearly no respect for their customers. I'll stick to Amazon next time as businesses like this don't deserve to succeed.”
