“Item has not arrived some two and a half weeks after order. No dispatch notification received, so decided to contact customer services two weeks after order placement. address details confirmed via email, but have heard nothing back since. First item that has ever failed to be delivered to my address(!), and holding on to hope that the issue will be resolved in time. First order from Doohickey Hut, likely to be my last.”
