“my parcel got delivered to a wrong location and the people from the company did not correct the address even thought I sent out numerous e-mails for this issue.”

“I filled in the incorrect post code for an address and sent numerous e-mails to correct this but no one bothered to help me. Very poor service, very bad experience, I dot recommend using this company. My parcel was delivered to the wrong address and now I have to sort this out with royal mail”
