“Don't use this company if you want your order quickly! It is not even worth paying for first class delivery. I ordered a phone battery around noon on 6/9/18 and paid for first class 1-3 days delivery. It should have arrived latest 10/9/18 (as the carrier, Hermes, does deliver on Saturday so that is a working day). It did not arrive until 15/9/18 (8 working days later), and the label on the package showed it had not been received by Hermes until 10/9/18 - the third working day, so both Doohickey failed and the carrier failed to meet the 1-3 days delivery. I complained and, to be fair, they answered promptly and refunded me my 1st class delivery cost. However they could not be bothered to do me the common courtesy of apologising for the problem which just compounded my poor experience. Doohickey will get no repeat business from me I'm afraid, and I do not recommend them to anyone else.”
