“The phone cover was exactly what I wanted to replace a very worn old one. Unfortunately despite paying for first class post which should have taken 1-3 working days, the package took 6 working days to arrive. The package had been shipped in time. The Doohickey hut have kindly refunded the postage and promised if It was lost in the post they would dispatch another one 1st class and tracked.”

“The product arrived quickly and was as ordered. The earbuds come with only one size of silicone earpiece whereas the originals that came with my Samsung phone had a choice of sizes. This is a minor point.”

“Product as described but problems with delivery. Extra 99p was paid for delivery within 3 working days but it didn't happen. Carrier used was Hermes, so I wasn't surprised, given my experience with them over the years. In fairness to Doohickey-Hut, they quickly refunded the 99p when I made them aware of the issue.”
