“Supplied faulty goods. TWICE. Appalling customer service. Seller delayed refunding return postage. Faulty goods accepted at reduced price, but seller refused to refund £3 difference. Legal action taken to reclaim the £3. Refunded this amount but only before it incurred legal charges of TEN times the amount owed! Disgusting experience.”
