“Unfortunately the product I received didn't work and I had to replace it immediately via another vendor. When I contacted Doohickey-Hut they were very quick to acknowledge the problem and very clear about how to help me resolve the problem. I posted the product back to them and they refunded me in full including the return postage. Very helpful, open and I wish I could have waited for a replacement product but it was a power cord for a computer. I would definitely think about buying from them again. Customer service excellent. :o)”
