“I live on the island of Maui and I ordered a T_shirt on line ,not surprise my order never made it , that's a long way to go London to Maui. I emailed customer service letting them know my order never made it. After looking into it they confirmed it and I had a choice to get a refund or they could process the order again. I really want the T-shirt , so it's on its way with priority shipping no extra charge to me!

I needed a T shirt in a hurry for my son. I placed the order on Tuesday night, then messaged to ask if I could have the T-shirt by Thursday as he needed to wear it on Friday. I got a lovely message back saying they had sent it urgent, tracked and it would reach me by Thursday, which it did!
