I unfortunately ordered the wrong size and they understood that sending back the
Shirt would cost the same as the shirt plus shipping and as a goodwill gesture they sent me a replacement in the correct size.

In less than 18 hours I had help from Emily from customer service and those on their social media team to communicate with the factory to prioritise my order. I quickly placed my order of 25 t-shirts, and not only were they printed and dispatched before the end of day - they had already arrived in Glasgow to collect before I even woke up today. It came that quick I had to change my options with Royal Mail to collect as I wasnât going to be home for my delivery time!
